TITLE: LPN
LOCATION: Lakewood, CO (Onsite)
STATUS: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: 12 hour Day Shift (7:00am- 7:30pm)
PAY RANGE: $30.50 - $40.50 Per Hour
This is the pay range that BAHAMA Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position.
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt (Overtime paid at 1.5X regular rate of pay)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs accurate observation & data collection.
- Perform IV therapy or venous blood draws.
- Appropriate communication of patient findings to the RN.
- With patient and significant others, contributes to & suggests resources in the formation and revision of POC.
- With patient and significant others, assists RN in development of discharge plan of care.
- Directs staff in implementation of plan of care.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma/GED Required.
- Current State LPN License for applicable state of employment.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
- State IV Certification Required.
- Two years of LPN experience preferred. .
